To avoid additional administration fees, this is a gentle reminder to ensure the Survey Administration Request you are about to complete meets or exceeds the minimum number of surveys that are required to be uploaded at any one time as part of your Subscription Plan deal.
The minimum number will be 1, 5 or 10 depending on which Subscription Plan you are using.

How to upload more than one respondent:

Please download our GLWS Bulk Respondent Upload template .
If using Chrome, Safari, and Mozilla, the file will download directly to your device.
If using Edge, it will open in a browser—select the Download option or Save as a file to edit.
Once downloaded or saved to your device, enter the details for each respondent as outlined in the Excel columns.
Then upload the completed file using the "Choose File" button below:

The minimum required details are First Name, Last Name, and Email address. You can enter up to 2 email addresses for report receipt—please separate them using `";"`.
Verify all respondent details before final submission to avoid delays and additional fees, which we may charge for resending or amending surveys already administered (e.g., email bounce due to incorrect email address).
Ensure the file type is .csv or .xlsx before uploading.

Report Delivery

Each upload request allows reports to be sent to up to two email addresses (any mix of Practitioner, Program Manager, or Respondent), separated by a semicolon (;).

Our working week is Monday-Thursday in Australia. Please submit requests by 4pm AEST on Thursday for Friday delivery.

Group Reports

Group Reports provide de-identified aggregated data for respondents from the same project timeframe, typically within the same organisation, with a minimum of 5 participants.
They are available at AUD$365 per report generated or already included as part of your subscription plan. Click here to purchase a group report.
Reports can be requested anytime, regardless of completion rate, to align with workshop timelines or you can monitor completion status with us to assess what point you would like the report. Click here to request a group report.

GLWS MyWellbeing

GLWS MyWellbeing is an interactive portal offering GLWS Survey Respondents self-guided resources for report interpretation and six months of ongoing support for wellbeing challenges. It serves as a valuable tool for education and personal development.

To prevent delays, please purchase the same number of GLWS MyWellbeing units as the number of GLWS surveys requested.
Unfortunately, ‘partial’ GLWS MyWellbeing purchases are not possible (i.e., all respondents within the upload will require access).

The GLWS MyWellbeing login information will be included in the email with the GLWS Personal Report. If the report isn't sent directly to the Respondent, the Accredited Practitioner or Program Manager is responsible for sharing this information to them at the appropriate time.

A final (gentle) reminder: GLWS MyWellbeing is only available if pre-purchased with a GLWS Subscription Plan or requested now as an add-on during the survey administration request. It cannot be added after the request is submitted.

IMPORTANT

One unit of the survey, Personal Report, and GLWS MyWellbeing (if applicable) will be deducted from your Subscription Plan when a survey link is created, regardless of whether the link is opened or survey completed.
